General Office Policies

Payment is expected at the time services are rendered, unless prior arrangements have been made. If you do not have health insurance, it is important to contact our office to make financial payment arrangements. Our staff is contractually required by your insurance company to collect any office co-pays or payments due at time of service. As a courtesy to you, we will file your insurance claim for you.
